Charlotte brings over 30 years of leadership experience, including a successful career in the energy industry where she built and led high-performing teams.
Throughout her career, she has been known for developing leaders and helping individuals reach their full potential—often encouraging them to “bring out the greatness of being you.”
She has also held leadership roles within the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), where she founded and led multiple initiatives focused on leadership development and community impact.
