Andy Trost is a construction industry veteran with over 30 years of experience leading complex projects from planning through closeout. He founded Carine to provide a more strategic, client-focused approach to project and construction management.
Through Carine, Andy delivers integrated services including Owner’s Representation, risk mitigation, fire protection, and cost estimating—helping clients simplify project delivery and avoid costly delays. He remains closely involved in each engagement, focused on making the construction process more predictable and aligned with the client’s best interests.
