Charlotte Wagner, PE, worked for 30 years in the energy industry, specializing in building high performing teams and growing businesses. Charlotte founded and led several organizations within Society of Women Engineers (SWE), including Section Vitality (later renamed Leadership Coaching), Late Career & Retiree Affinity Group, and was the first committee chair of the new Affinity Group Committee.
